Phase 3

Phase 3 is similar to the first two phases, where we will be running three workouts per week (two "heavy" days, and a light total body workout).  In this Phase we will run Phase 2 of the conditioning program for the first week, and then move onto Phase 3 of the conditioning program for the next 6 weeks (into Phase 4).
